- United Pole Artists: Polers’ Choice Video Challenge Winners December 3, 2014
I am super excited and honored to have won the Story Telling division of the United Pole Artists Poler’s Choice awards this year. This award is especially meaningful to me, as I spend most of my overall time working on a piece crafting the story and working to make the story clear, meaningful and engaging. This has by far been my favorite piece to date and I truly loved bringing this character to life! Thank you to all who motivated and inspired me, supported me, and who listened to countless hours of my music along the way! My garbage can, beat up ballet shoe and tequila bottle have now been put away and I’ll start working on the next story after the new year!

- I’m Back! Performance Video from June’s Girl Next Door show November 28, 2014
Sorry for the long delay in posting. I got caught up in the competition/show whirlwind! Happy to report I placed 2nd in both the Paragon National Master’s Championships and in Master’s Dramatic at the Pacific Aerial Art Championships! I’ll spread out the posting of the videos and photos, but will start with the original version of my competition piece, which I performed at the Girl Next Door: A Pole Soiree in June. At the time, the piece was called “Reflection”. Enjoy!
- Beginner Pole Course on Curious.Com August 23, 2014
If you’re brand new to pole and would like to learn the basics in the privacy of your own home, check out my new course on Curious.com. The course includes 11 lessons that you do at your own pace and is crafted for those who have never ever poled before! You’ll start out learning to warm up and cool down, then move on to some floor basics and some pole basics (walks, pirouettes, etc.). When you’ve mastered those, you’ll move on to introductory spins, then more advanced spins, climbs and poses. The course ends up with inversion preparation exercises and techniques. You’ll also learn a mini routine that builds on itself with the moves learned in each lesson.
