These are some of the moves we’ll be working towards in my level 2 pole classes this month. The Jump On, The Side Climb on spin pole into a Ballerina into spin out into Sad Girl drop, and a Heroine Spin (aka Devil’s Elbow variation). Be patient as they can take time, particularly the Heroine Spin. The Ballerina and the Heroine Spin require learning other moves first to work on the shoulder flexibility and the elbow grip, but this is what we are working toward.
This has nothing to do with pole (or acting or cats), but I thought it was hysterical. Enjoy!
