In this training you will learn:

1- The PFA Industry Standards

2- The Progression Series for Level 2 Pole Instructors

3- The Pole Fitness Alliance Groups and Switches and Root Moves for Level 2 Pole Moves.

4- How to teach, demonstrate, and spot the moves in Level 2 pole.

5- To recognize proper body placement and technique for Level 2 Pole Moves.

6- Strength and flexibility exercises that will make a difference in pole and in keeping your student’s shoulders flexible and mobile.

Cost covers the 8-hour training plus textbook.

PoleMoves is approved by the American Council on Exercise, AFAA and the PFA. You can receive up to 8 CECs by attending this course.

Prerequisites

Prior to attending the Level 2 Training, students must have passed their Level 1 Pole Moves certification (or have an equivalent certification from another organization).  Students should be comfortable with one-handed spins, outside and inside leg hangs, side climbs and the shoulder dismount. Students should also be able to demonstrate these moves safely and with good form.
