It’s been a while since I’ve done one of these videos! Since August, I was a bit slammed prepping, performing and competing in the Girl Next Door show, the Pacific Aerial Arts Championship, the Paragon International Pole Dance Championship and The Manipulator show! After the last show in November, I took a few weeks to rest up and now I’m slowly getting back to training. This video includes moves learned from Tehera, Sasja and Elena in classes at The Choreography House and Infit Dance.
